EbixCash Origination System (EOS) for Retail Loans is designed to seamlessly process loan applications for banks and financial institutions with the ability to automate a range of origination processes through workflow activities. EbixCash Loan Management System (LMS)

EbixCash Loan Management System (LMS) is designed to seamlessly record all loan and financial lease post disbursement transactions through the entire life-cycle of the loan term, including multiple Accounts and Customer servicing options. An illustrative list of those include set-up of different repayment options for each loan, an option to change the same, generating and receiving electronic files for the realization of collections from the customer, booking fees charges, waivers of the same, simulations for pre-payment of loans, restructuring loans, rescheduling, settlement marking, changing loan products of the loans, collateral management etc.

For customer servicing, we support changing the demographic details of the customer including employment, banking relationships amongst other relevant details. A 360-degree view of customer relationships is also available as a standard. An option to collect monies at the customer level and apportion to individual loan accounts is also supported.

Besides, the Loan Servicing module also manages aspects of Loan Provisioning and Write Off Management. For all financial transactions, the system generates accounting entries, including accrual for rental income and re-scheduling of accounts in case of interest rate changes for Index-linked loans.

For collections from customers and depositions into the Bank, a batch processing engine generates files (both electronic and physical). The bank reconciliation functionality allows reconciling all Bank depositions and payments with the Bank Statements.
