Robin is the visionary behind the EbixCash and has been the founding light behind all aspects of the EbixCash story. Robin has led the Ebix group worldwide since 1999, while pioneering key insurance and finance exchange concepts worldwide. Under his leadership, Ebix grew from a $11 million revenue company in 1999 to a large world-wide conglomerate that has now featured five times in Fortune’s 100 Fastest growing companies list in the World. Robin has overseen Ebix through a consistent financial track record of 22 years of consistent profitability and cash flows. During his tenure, Ebix has delivered in excess of 11,000 percent of shareholder return. A philanthropist and an Indian patriot, Robin also runs the Robin Raina Foundation (RRF) that is presently building 6,000 homes free of cost for slum dwellers of Bawana, Delhi; besides educating thousands of under-privileged children through RRF schools in India. Robin is a Thapar University alumni with a Industrial Engineering degree from the school.

Guruprasad (Guru) presently leads all P&L aspects of the Payment Solutions Division internationally at EbixCash, besides being a key Executive Board members of the parent EbixCash company. Guru oversees all aspects of EbixCash’s foreign exchange, money remittance, cards, and payments businesses and has overseen EbixCash’s growth to become India’s leading foreign exchange company besides leading EbixCash’s leadership in the field of inward international money remittances and outward remittances. In a career spanning 26+ years, he is seen as a pioneer in the field of foreign exchange having introduced many firsts in the forex field in the country, besides leading EbixCash to a position of 650,000 plus touch points across India while processing transactions for varied financial giants like Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, Visa and MasterCard etc. Before EbixCash, Guru served as an Executive Director and Business Head at Centrum Direct for 15 years leading its forex operations, before EbixCash acquired Centrum Direct. Guru is an MBA from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, besides having completed a senior management program from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Bhupesh is presently leading all operational aspects of EbixCash’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) , Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Customer Response Outsourcing (CRO) Division, named the EbixCash Global Services Division. A proven leader with global experience of over 30 years, specializing in rapid growth and turnaround opportunities, Bhupesh founded AssureEdge, a BPO services company that was acquired by EbixCash in October 2020. Bhupesh has overseen the Division’s strong organic top line growth, while growing staff strength by approximately 2,000 employees in the midst of the century’s biggest human pandemic COVID-19. EbixCash Global Services today serves approximate 78 clients, in a variety of BPO, CRO and HRO areas, via nine contact centers across the country. Under his leadership, the Division successfully set up a 125,000 square feet Headquarters in Sector-80, Noida in 2021. Bhupesh holds a Master’s degree in Computers Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Madurai Kamaraj University.

As the CFO of EbixCash, Sumit has been leading all Financial aspects of the EbixCash business internationally since September 2017. During his tenure at EbixCash, the Company has emerged as one of India’s leading Financial industry players, that today employs more than 10,500 employees with offices in more than 150 locations across the Asia Pacific region. In a career spanning 19+ years, Sumit has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the finance and various strategic business functions with a special focus on capital funding, operational finance, international taxation and business strategy. Before EbixCash, Sumit was a Partner at EY India , having served the firm 12+ years. Sumit secured a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2002 .

Naveen presently leads all P&L aspects of EbixCash’s Travel Division worldwide, having spent approximately 4 years with the Company now. A nationally renowned travel industry leader, with experience of over 31 years in the travel industry, Naveen founded Leisure Corp in 1997, that became India’s leader in the travel hospitality and tourism meetings and events services space, before being acquired by EbixCash in 2018. Under his leadership, EbixCash’s Travel Division has emerged as one of Southeast Asia’s leading travel exchanges, with a 212,450+ agent network, 25 branches and a omni-channel travel network; processing an estimated ₹175,000 million in GMV (pre-COVID-19). EbixCash travel today provides services to the end consumer through a variety of web/mobile app based offerings, wherein end consumers can purchase its services and products through a variety of targeted omni-channel EbixCash travel platforms like Mercury travels, EbixCash.com, VIA.com, sastiticket.com etc. in India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, UAE, Thailand, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Naveen is the recipient of the National Tourism award from the President of India for the year 2011-12. He presently also serves as the co-Chair of FICCI’S Domestic Tourism committee. Naveen is an MBA in Travel and Hospitality from the University of Mysore.

With an overall experience of over 28 years in varied leadership roles, Yogesh is presently leading all operational aspects of EbixCash’s Financial Technology Bus Exchange Division. A proven leader in the transport digitization industry with experience of over 13 years at EbixCash and Trimax IT Infrastructure Services, that EbixCash acquired in May 2020, Yogesh has overseen the Division’s strong organic top line growth, in the midst of the century’s biggest human pandemic COVID-19 while securing new prestigious clients like the transport corporations in Rajasthan, Pune, West Bengal and Kolkata in 2021 itself. EbixCash today has emerged as a dominant Bus Exchange automation player, powering Information Technology Management Systems(ITMS) in bus ticketing across more than 150,000 buses across 18 Indian States. EbixCash’s bus exchange Division is today India’s leader in the area of smart back-end technology solutions for Buses, handling approximately $1.7 Billion of annual transactions (pre-COVID 19), across 30% of India’s bus ticketing system network with more than 13 large state-owned public transport corporations as clients. Yogesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communications and Electrical Engineering from Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College of Engineering, Satara.

As Director and Corporate VP at EbixCash, Vikas has been handling all aspects of EbixCash Finance internationally since its inception. He was one of the first two employees hired by EbixCash in the year 2000 as a management trainee, and over the years, grew to occupy the highest accounting position at EbixCash. His journey at EbixCash is a story of hard work, educational expertise and on the ground learning over two decades, as EbixCash grew to its present size of more than 10,500 employees with offices in more than 150 locations across the Asia Pacific region. Vikas secured an MBA in Finance from IMT, Ghaziabad in 2005 and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, Hyderabad in 2011. He also secured a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance and Risk management from Birla Institute of Management and Technology in 2002. Vikas also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

With 28+ years of experience behind him, Satya today handles all aspects of EbixCash administration expanse, across more than 10,500 employees and over 150 offices in India and overseas. Satya joined EbixCash in the year 2002, and has been involved with the EbixCash expanse since the early days. Satya has been a loyal EbixCash senior leader offering to lead in any area where the Company needed help. He has served in various functional lead positions at EbixCash over the years including Director of multiple EbixCash companies, and Head of HR, legal and administration groups. Prior to EbixCash, Satya worked primarily in the IT sector with names like ICIM, Lipi Data systems, Zenith computers, ICIM and IT&T Ltd. Satya secured a Diploma in Computers Science and Engineering in the year 1993.

Satish is presently leading all operational aspects of EbixCash’s marketing and branding activities, having spent more than 3 years with the Company now. In a career spanning 28+ years in senior leadership positions in the marketing, branding and sales sectors, Satish has extensive domain knowledge in all aspects of brand strategy, creative vision, communication planning, product launches, nationwide brand marketing etc. Before EbixCash, Satish had a distinguished marketing leadership role in various organizations including as VP - Sales & Marketing, Kingdom of Dreams; National Head – Brand strategy, BCCL; AVP – Capital Advertising; Client Services Director – JWT; Group Account Director – Hakuhodo; Accounts Director – Percept; Accounts Director – MAA Communications Bozell Ltd; and Section Head – Mahindra & Mahindra. Satish holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from University of Jammu, besides having completed a program in customer driven marketing from Wharton school at the University of Pennsylvania and a program in Dynamics of strategy execution from the Indian School of Business.

With an overall experience of over 18 years in varied leadership roles, Naveen is presently leading various aspects of EbixCash’s Information Technology infrastructure deployment and maintenance practices across all the Divisions of EbixCash. With 10+ years at EbixCash and its sister companies, deploying IT infrastructure, bullet proofing it in terms of security and downtime, Naveen has an extensive understanding of EbixCash’s focus on top of the line infrastructure deployment, with a strong focus on incident management, service delivery, Visio, ITIL, and customer relationship management. Naveen holds an MBA degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University besides a BCA degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He has also secured a number of technology certifications including CCNA from Cisco, ITIL 3.0, MCSE from Microsoft and Wipro core competency accreditations.

In a career spanning 13+ years with EbixCash and CentrumDirect Limited that EbixCash acquired in 2018, Hariprasad has been leading EbixCash’s treasury and sales operations. Before EbixCash, he worked in the financial industry with leading names like ICICI Bank, Tata Finance American Express, Wall Street Finance Ltd. and ICDS Ltd. Hariprasad holds a Master’s degree in Management with specialization in Finance & Marketing from T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal besides a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Financial Services from TAPMI .

Based in Chennai, Suresh Vasudevan has over 22 years of techno-functional experience in IT industry, spanning across manufacturing, banking and finance verticals. Suresh specialises in developing and implementing complex software applications along with high-end system integration. Currently he is a Vice President at the EbixCash Chennai Operations Centre, that focuses on technology solutions in the field of Lending. Suresh holds an MBA degree in Banking from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India besides a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Latika presently leads EbixCash Travel Division’s Corporate and B2C Travel vertical with responsibilities across Account Management, Sales , Strategy, Operations, Credit Control & Finance, having spent approx. 3 years with the Company now. With an overall experience of over 22 years in the travel industry in varied leadership roles, Latika was with Thomas Cook for 10+ years and with American Express Global Business Travel for 10 years, prior to EbixCash. At Thomas Cook, she rose to the position of AVP – Client management while being the Client General Manager at American Express Global Business Travel in 2009 before joining Thomas Cook. Latika holds a Diploma in travel and tourism from Sophia College for Woman, Mumbai besides a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Sophia Girls College.

Manila, Philippines based Ramesh is an energetic business leader with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry in the areas of business management, customer service, business growth, business analytics, problem solving, project planning and management. Ramesh has led the EbixCash Travel growth story in Philippines, making EbixCash’s Via brand - the number one travel provider in the country. With a omni-channel strategy besides having more than 50,000 digital and physical agents in Philippines selling the Via brand of EbixCash travel products, Ramesh has played a key role in accelerating market growth opportunities for EbixCash in Philippines. Before joining EbixCash, he had worked with Mercury Travels, E-Travel India, Akbar Travels and Shanfari Travels in Oman. Ramesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Jakarta, Indonesia based Srinivas is a business leader with over 13 years of experience in the travel industry, with specialized skills in the areas of business management, business processes, operational efficiency and quality management. Srinivas has led the EbixCash Travel growth story in Indonesia over the last 10+ years, making EbixCash’s Via brand - the number one travel provider in the country. With an omni-channel strategy besides having more than 60,000 digital and physical agents in Indonesia selling the Via brand of EbixCash travel products, Srinivas has played a key role in the EbixCash leadership journey in Indonesia. Before joining EbixCash and Via in 2008, the company acquired by EbixCash, he had worked with Dell Computers and Sitel. Srinivas holds a BCA degree from Bangalore University.
